We did not set out to build a video company. We set out to fix a broken model.
For over a decade, we worked with some of the world's most recognizable brands — in technology, healthcare, finance, education, and enterprise — leading video projects from broadcast and commercial production through to full-scale digital marketing campaigns.
We were good at making videos. So were a lot of other companies.
What we kept seeing was the same problem everywhere we worked. Marketing teams would invest in video — sometimes significantly — and the output would be excellent. The assets would go live. The campaign would run. And then it would end. The next quarter, the same team would start over. New brief. New vendor. New interpretation. Same inconsistency.
The videos were not the problem. The absence of a system underneath them was.
Every vendor those teams hired — including us — made content and left. Nobody built the infrastructure that made consistent production possible without a vendor in the loop. Nobody transferred the capability. Nobody documented the standard, installed the workflow, or trained the team to operate independently.
We decided to be the company that does that.
VID is operated by Content Supply LLC, founded by Dallin Nead and based in Denver, Colorado. The team is small, focused, and built around the belief that the most valuable thing a video partner can do is make itself unnecessary — by installing the capability that lets your team run without us.
We are not trying to build the biggest video company. We are trying to build the most useful one.
