Your Growth Partner

VID is the only video partner that installs a fully documented, team-ready Video Operating System in 30 days and keeps working free until it runs without us.

We ensure your team can then consistently produce pipeline-connected video every week without external help. Many clients continue to work with us to run the system monthly.

The Outcome

By Day 30, your team has a working video system — not a plan, not a deck, not a folder of files.

Strategy documented

Messaging Framework. Format Stack. 90-Day Content Roadmap. Every video decision from Day 30 forward runs from this foundation.

VID marketing team

Video stops being a conversation about what you should be doing and starts being something that just happens — every day, every week, on cadence, connected to pipeline.

Why Most Teams Struggle

You do not have a video problem.
You have a system problem.

  • close

Production is reactive Video gets made when someone has time, not on a defined cadence from a documented system.

  • close

Output depends on one person — When they are busy, out, or gone — production stops. The capability lives in a person, not a system.

  • close

Agencies did not fix it — They produced content. They did not transfer capability. When the contract ended, you were back to square one.

  • close

Strategy resets every quarter Nothing is documented, so every quarter starts the same conversation. The team rebuilds instead of compounds.

  • close

Nothing connects to pipeline — No UTM structure. No CRM attribution. No way to know if any of it is working.

  • close

Growth stalls — Not because your team isn't capable, but because no one built them a system

Marketing teams do not need more video. They need infrastructure.

Script templates. Production workflow. Cadence calendar. Approval system. Asset naming convention. Role definitions.
Your time: Two review sessions — 1 hour each.

Weeks 1 to 2 — Performance

CRM integration. UTM tracking. Performance dashboard. Attribution framework live from Day 1.
Your time: One tracking session — 90 minutes.

Weeks 2 to 4 — Deployment

Your time: Filming day plus two revision rounds per asset.

Day 30 to 45 — Handover & Integrate

System documented. Assets live. Team trained and running. You own it completely. We confirm if anything is not working — rebuild and retrain. Still at no charge.
The Handoff

Everything built during Install belongs to your team. Permanently.

Your team owns the system and can run it independently.

"We had a HUGE launch and saw an exciting amount of traffic come to the landing page. Conversion rates were above 60%, and an impressive amount of users signed up on the spot."

Before: Strong brand but no system connecting video to pipeline. Content produced reactively with no publishing cadence.

After: 152,000+ leads generated. Summit conversion rates above 60%. Record-breaking launch with video as the primary driver.

The Guarantee

We keep working until it runs without us.

We don't declare victory when we hand over documentation. We declare victory when your team runs without us.
Every VID Install comes with two written guarantees. Both are in the agreement before Day 1 begins.

01 — Delivery Guarantee

By Day 30, every agreed deliverable is complete and handed over — strategy blueprint, 90-day roadmap, script template library, workflow documentation, full tech stack, five published revenue assets, and a live performance dashboard.

If any agreed milestone is missing on Day 30 — any single deliverable, for any reason — VID keeps working at zero additional cost until every item is done. No renegotiation. No scope conversation. We finish what we agreed to finish.

02 — Adoption Guarantee

Two weeks after handoff, VID returns for one specific check:

  • Is your team running the system independently?
  • Are scripts being produced from the templates?
  • Is the cadence calendar being followed?
  • Is the workflow being used?
  • Are assets publishing on schedule without anyone chasing anyone?

If anything is not working — if any team member is not confident in any part of the system — VID rebuilds what isn't working and runs a live retraining session. Still at no charge.

This is the guarantee that makes Install different from every other video engagement available. Not because the guarantee is expensive to offer, but because most video partners would never commit to it.

Honest footnote:
We guarantee the system. We cannot guarantee your offer. If video is not converting, that is a sales problem — and we will tell you that directly before the engagement begins.

FAQ

Questions About Install

What is VID Install?

VID Install is a 30-day engagement where VID deploys a complete Video Operating System inside your marketing team — and hands it over fully operational on Day 30.

It is not a production project. It is not a consulting engagement. It is not an agency retainer. It is an installation — the same way a software system gets installed into an organisation's infrastructure, configured for their specific environment, tested until it runs, and handed to the team that will operate it going forward.

Here is exactly what gets built across the four layers of a VID Install engagement:

Layer 1 — Strategy. Your revenue objective defined. Your ICP documented. Your messaging framework built. One primary growth channel selected and fully optimized. A complete video ecosystem audit across your current customer journey. A 90-day content roadmap with a documented publishing cadence. A KPI and attribution framework connected to your north star metric. A competitive content audit.

Layer 2 — Operations. Your script library built for every format in your stack — written in your brand voice, built around your ICP. A Writer's Room session developing hooks, angles, and content briefs for the next quarter. Your complete Video Brand Kit — motion graphic templates, lower thirds, end cards, music library, and export presets — built once, used permanently. Your production workflow, production cadence calendar, review and approval system, content operations infrastructure, and filming and publishing standard — all documented and loaded into your project management system.

Layer 3 — Performance. Your full tech stack configured and operational — recording tools, cloud storage, social scheduling, and project management workflow. CRM attribution integration connected. UTM and tracking framework deployed. Performance tracking dashboard live. Hook testing matrix and format performance tracking built. Optimization loop documented so your team improves output systematically rather than reactively.

Layer 4 — Deployment. Your 3 foundational revenue assets go into full production — scripted, filmed, edited, and published using the strategy and architecture built in Layers 1 through 3. Your team is trained on every component of the system in a live working session — not a passive walkthrough, an active session where your team runs the workflow with VID guiding in real time. Performance baseline report delivered. Every document, template, workflow, and asset handed over permanently.

By Day 30, your marketing team has a documented, trained, running video production system — 3 live revenue assets published and tracked, a script library your team uses independently, a repeatable workflow documented in your PM system, a live performance dashboard connected to your pipeline, and a 90-day content roadmap with named owners and a documented cadence.

Two weeks later — Day 45 — VID returns to confirm your team is running the system without us. If anything is not working, we retrain and rebuild at no charge. We declare victory when your team runs the system independently. Not when we hand over the documentation.

What VID Install is not:

It is not an ongoing production retainer. VID does not produce video for you on a monthly basis as part of Install — that is VID Operator, which is available after Install for teams who want VID to run the system monthly.

It is not a one-off production project. A single video produced for a specific campaign is VidOS™ Sprint. Install is for teams who want the system that produces every future video — not the next video.

It is not a consulting engagement. VID does not deliver a strategy deck and leave. Every strategic decision made in Week 1 is implemented, documented, and operational before Day 30. The strategy is the foundation of the system — not the deliverable.

It is not a course. VID Blueprint teaches your team the VidOS™ framework so you can build the system yourself. Install is for teams who want VID to build it for them — with a written guarantee that it runs without us by Day 45.

Who is VID Install for?

Install is built for B2B marketing teams at companies between $5M and $100M in revenue — typically led by a CMO, VP of Marketing, or marketing director — where video is a stated priority and the structural problem is clear: reactive production, no documented workflow, no reliable cadence, and a capability that depends on people instead of a system.

The team needs to be ready to participate. Install requires approximately 20 to 22 hours of your team's time across 30 days — structured sessions, not open-ended meetings. A primary decision-maker needs to be available for the Week 1 Executive Alignment session. Beyond that, VID handles the work.

What does Install cost?

VID Install — Virtual: $12,500VidOS™ Install — On-Site: $15,000

50% is due on signing and secures your slot in the current month's cohort. The remaining 50% is due at the Day 30 handoff. VID takes 3 new Install clients per month. When those slots are filled, the next availability is the following month.

What are the guarantees?

Every Install comes with two written guarantees before Day 1 begins.

The Day 30 Delivery Guarantee: every agreed deliverable is complete and handed over by Day 30 — or VID keeps working at zero additional cost until every item is done.

The Day 45 Adoption Guarantee: two weeks after handoff, VID returns to confirm your team is running the system independently. If anything is not working, VID rebuilds and retrains at no charge.

No other video partner offers both. Most offer neither.

Do we need to have everything figured out before we start?

No. Week 1 is where we figure it out together. You need two things before Day 1: a primary decision-maker available for the Executive Alignment session, and a completed intake form. We handle the strategy from there.

What if our team has never been on camera before?

Most teams haven't. Executive on-camera coaching is included in the On-Site Install and available as a session add-on for Virtual. The scripts, the format templates, and the direction we provide are specifically built for non-professional presenters. Your team will be comfortable before we film.

What does "runs without us" actually mean?

It means your team can execute the complete production cycle — brief, script, film, edit, review, publish — using the documented workflow, the script templates, and the tech stack we built, without calling VID. The Day 45 adoption check confirms this. If they can't, we fix it at no charge.

What time is required of us during Install?

Your total time commitment is approximately 20–22 hours across 30 days — less than one focused day per week.

  1. Week 0: intake form, approximately 45 minutes.
  2. Week 1: executive alignment session and ecosystem audit review, approximately 4–5 hours.
  3. Week 2: Writer's Room, script review, and production confirmation, approximately 4–5 hours.
  4. Week 3: production day plus rough cut review and tech stack orientation, approximately 5–6 hours plus filming.
  5. Week 4: final asset review, team training session, and handoff walkthrough, approximately 4–5 hours.

Everything else is VID. We do the building. You do the approvals.

What are the 3 foundational revenue assets?

During the VID Install, there are three video assets selected in your Week 1 strategy session based on where your pipeline has the biggest gaps. The three we recommend as the default for most B2B companies:

  1. Brand Story Video — who you are, who you serve, what problem you solve, and why you exist. Lives on your homepage, in sales outreach, and on LinkedIn permanently.
  2. Product or Service Explainer — what you do and how it works, mapped directly to your buyer's questions and objections. The video your sales team sends before every discovery call.
  3. Video Sales Letter (VSL) — the long-form persuasion asset that walks a qualified prospect through the problem, the solution, the proof, and the ask. Lives on your Install or pricing page.

These three cover the full buyer journey — awareness, consideration, decision and can all be filmed in one focused production day.

Do you guarantee revenue or results from the Install?

No. And we're specific about what we do and don't guarantee for a reason.

We guarantee delivery: every agreed milestone — strategy blueprint, workflow, tech stack, and three published revenue assets — within 30 days. If we miss anything, we work free until every item is complete.

We guarantee adoption: if your team isn't independently producing video on the installed system by Day 45, we rebuild what isn't working and retrain. Still at no charge.

We do not guarantee views, virality, revenue, or lead volume. Those outcomes depend on your offer, your sales process, and your distribution — not on the infrastructure we install.

The only thing we can't guarantee is your offer. If video isn't converting, that's a sales problem — and we'll tell you that directly on the call. We'd rather lose a deal than oversell.

Why only 6 slots per month?

Install is a hands-on, dedicated engagement. Three simultaneous clients is the maximum we can run at the standard the guarantee requires. This is a structural cap, not a sales tactic. When the three slots are filled, the next availability is the following month.

What if we decide we want Operator after Install?

The Operator conversation happens at the end of Week 4. There is no obligation — you own the system either way. If you want VID to run it monthly, that conversation starts with the same application form.

Can we see what a completed VidOS™ system looks like before we decide?

Yes. During your discovery call, we walk you through a completed client system — every layer, every deliverable, what it looks like running inside a real marketing team's environment. Request a system demo when you apply.

What exactly is the Double Guarantee?

Two guarantees. Both in the services agreement before Day 1 for VidOS Install.

Delivery Guarantee: Every agreed milestone — strategy blueprint, workflow documentation, tech stack configuration, and three published revenue assets — delivered within 30 days. If we miss a single milestone, we keep working at zero cost until every item is complete. No exceptions. No scope renegotiation.

Adoption Guarantee: If your team isn't independently producing video on the installed system by Day 45, we come back. We rebuild what isn't working. We run a live retraining session. Still at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover views, virality, revenue, lead volume, or conversion rates.

These outcomes depend on your offer, your sales process, and your market positioning, not on the infrastructure we install. We're explicit about this because we'd rather define the boundary clearly than have an expectation mismatch.

If video isn't converting after Install, we'll tell you directly whether it's a system problem (covered) or an offer problem (not covered). Usually it's the latter, and we'll tell you that on the discovery call if we see it coming.
