What is included in the Sprint?

Every Sprint includes a 60-minute strategy and messaging session, full script development, a storyboard and shot list, filming direction (virtual or on-site depending on your tier), professional post-production, and final delivery in all required platform formats.

Two revision rounds are included per asset.

The Virtual Sprint starts at $4,000. The On-Site Sprint starts at $9,000 and includes a full production crew, an 8-hour on-site production day, and a B-roll asset library.

How is a Sprint different from just hiring a video production company?

A standard video production company films what you brief them to film. A VID Sprint begins with a strategy session that identifies the single commercial objective the video needs to achieve — then builds the script, the production, and the edit around that objective.

The difference is not production quality. It is strategic intent. The video is built to do a specific job in your pipeline, not to look good in a showreel.

What if I do not know which video format I need?

That is exactly what the strategy session at the start of every Sprint is for. We identify the single asset type that closes the most important gap in your pipeline right now — based on where buyers are dropping off, what sales is asking for, and what your current content library is missing. You do not need to arrive knowing the answer. You need to arrive knowing your business objective.

Can I produce more than one video in a Sprint?

Technically yes but we will almost always recommend against it.

A single video built with complete strategic focus outperforms two videos built with divided attention every time. If you are unsure which asset to prioritise, that is exactly what the strategy session resolves. We identify the one format that closes the most important gap in your pipeline right now and build everything around that.

Most teams arrive thinking they need three videos and leave the strategy session knowing which one to make first.

If you genuinely need multiple assets produced quickly, that conversation usually leads to a VidOS™ Install — where the full format stack is built and produced as a system rather than as individual Sprint engagements stacked on top of each other.

How long does a Sprint actually take?

Most Sprints complete in 14 to 21 days when client review rounds are returned within 24 hours. The full window is 2 to 4 weeks to account for scheduling, filming, and revision cycles. The single most common cause of timeline extension is delayed feedback — the faster your team reviews and approves, the faster the asset is delivered.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Before the strategy session, it helps to have a clear sense of your ICP, your primary offer, and the specific moment in your buyer journey where you need the video to do its work. You do not need scripts, shot lists, or a production plan — we build all of that. You need context about your business and your buyer. The more specific you can be in the strategy session, the stronger the script and the better the outcome.

Do I need professional filming equipment for the Virtual Sprint?

No. VID's remote filming standard is designed to produce professional-quality results from the equipment most teams already have — a modern smartphone or laptop camera, a basic ring light or natural window light, and a quiet space with a clean background. During the pre-production session, VID reviews your environment and setup and provides specific guidance to get the best possible result from what you have. A filming kit can also be shipped to your location if needed.

What is the revision process?

Two structured revision rounds are included in every Sprint. The first round is delivered after the initial edit is complete. You consolidate all feedback into a single written document and return it within the agreed review window — typically 48 hours. VID incorporates the feedback and delivers the second cut. The second revision round follows the same process. Revisions that materially alter the scope, concept, or strategic direction of the asset may require a change order.

What if the video does not perform the way we expected?

The Sprint Guarantee covers production and delivery — every milestone delivered on the agreed timeline to the agreed quality standard.

It does not guarantee specific conversion outcomes, because conversion depends on where the video is placed, how it is introduced, what it is asking the viewer to do, and factors in your sales process that are outside VID's control.

What VID does guarantee is a strategically built, professionally produced asset — with a clear commercial objective documented before production begins. If the video is not performing, the first question is always whether it was placed correctly and introduced effectively.

VID provides deployment guidance with every Sprint to give the asset the best possible chance of doing its job.

Can I apply the Sprint fee toward a VID Install?

The Sprint fee is not directly credited toward a VID Install — the two are separate engagements with separate scopes.

However, most Sprint clients who proceed to Install do so within 90 days, and the strategic work completed during the Sprint — particularly the messaging alignment and ICP clarity from the strategy session — carries directly into the Install's Week 1 strategy layer, reducing the time required to complete it. In practice, Sprint clients who upgrade to Install move through the strategy layer faster than clients who start fresh.

What happens after the Sprint is delivered?

You receive the final asset in all required platform formats, the captions file, and a deployment brief — specific guidance on where to place the video, how to introduce it in each context, and what to measure to know if it is working.

From there, most teams either deploy the asset and monitor its impact, or recognise the structural gap the Sprint made visible and begin the conversation about VidOS™ Install.

Either outcome is a valid next step.
