H.R.H. Princess Noura bint Faisal Al Saud is one of the most consequential and most genuinely entrepreneurial figures in Saudi Arabia's modern creative and cultural economy — a great-granddaughter of King Abdulaziz, a master's degree graduate of Tokyo's Rikkyo University in international business, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader 2023, Chairwoman of the Forbes Middle East Women's Summit, BoF 500 honoree, and one of the most recognized voices at the intersection of fashion, culture, and business strategy in the Kingdom and across the global creative leadership community.
Princess Noura's entrepreneurial career commenced in 2009 in the United States. In 2015 she co-founded her first business focused on talent and lifestyle, before launching Global Fashion House — the fashion consultancy through which she organized Saudi Arabia's first major international fashion week in Riyadh in April 2018, bringing together international and local stakeholders in the fashion industry event that announced the Kingdom's creative economy ambitions to the world. In 2018 she joined the Arab Fashion Council as honorary president. In June 2019 she joined Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Culture, where she led Strategy Development for the national fashion sector, built local and international partnerships with fashion institutions, launched the Fashion Futures annual conference and digital platform, and developed Saudi 100 Brands — the flagship mentorship program that has supported a generation of emerging Saudi fashion talent. Her appointment as the Fashion Commission's Ecosystem Integration and Program Delivery General Manager gave her oversight responsibility for the implementation of the national fashion strategy's initiatives across the Kingdom.
In 2022 Princess Noura returned to the private sector as the founder of Culture House — a Saudi boutique consultancy providing advisory and implementation services across culture, creativity, and sustainable business that reflects her specific expertise at the intersection of cultural strategy and commercial execution. In 2024 she became CEO of Al Othaim Culture Company — a subsidiary of Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co., the major Saudi retail and real estate conglomerate — and was named to the BoF 500 list of people shaping the global fashion industry. In 2025 she was named CEO of Jay3lle, the contemporary luxury brand that represents the latest expression of her commitment to building commercially serious, culturally intelligent creative enterprises in the Saudi market and beyond.
