In about 3 days you'll receive an email notification to review the first draft (and even download if desired). When you feel the video is ready to go then you can download it anytime. You change the status to APPROVED and then our team moves on to the next request.

Do you resize videos into different formats?
Yes, if requested we change the the video into many different sizes and formats based on how you plan to distribute it.
Aspect ratios include: 16:9, 4:5, 1:1, 9:16.
Video formats include: MP4, MOV, and other formats as requested.
Do your best to film and organize all footage as the same frame rate. Common frame rates include: 24 frames per second (FPS), 30 FPS, 60 FPS, and 25 FPS. Most phones do 30 FPS by default and webcam recordings do 25 FPS.
Please keep consistency in mind with filming or curating the footage for editing.
Do you add captions to the video?
Yes, we do add captions to your videos if requested. We often run videos through an automated captioning service which means typos and misspellings may occur.
During review time, pay close attention that certain words, names, and titles are spelled correctly. Our team will do their best to fine-tune until perfect.
Is there a limit to how many videos and assets I can upload for editing?
No there is no limit. But keep in mind, video files take up more storage and can often take longer times to upload and download from cloud storage. If a large bulk of video files are uploaded for your request then the first draft may be ready for review after the normal 3-day turnaround window.
How long do you keep my videos on your storage?
We store all raw and completed video files on our storage indefinitely for as long as you're subscribed to our service. After you end your subscription, then we store your files for 3 months with the expectation that you download and save all files to your own storage for safe keeping.
You have exclusive ownership to all original, edited videos. Our team is permitted to use videos for portfolio and promotion purposes unless we have written consent that's not permitted.
